How could we not have a page dedicated to the great Agatha Christie whose birthplace was right here in Torquay?  Not only that but she was christened in All Saints Church, Torre, which is a 2 minute walk from us.

The best selling crime novelist of all time, people flock from around the world to come and find out where Agatha lived and loved

and follow in the footsteps of this world famous author.

Every year a festival is held in the English Riviera dedicated to Agatha and its one not to be missed.

International Agatha Christie Festival

10-17th September 2024

From Agatha Christie films in the underground Cinema (Kents Cavern), to murder at the manor (afternoon tea) and a murder she didn't write at the Palace Theatre, there is so much going on it would be a crime to miss it, for more information and to book visit:

Agatha Christie Walking Tour
