Do you take pets?  Unfortunately we are unable to take pets

Do you take stag and/or hen party bookings?  Unfortunately we do not take these types of bookings.

Do you have family rooms? All our rooms are adults only, unfortunately we cannot take guests under the age of 18

Do any of your rooms have baths?  Yes, our Gerbera guest room on the ground floor has a bath and separate shower.  Our Larkspur room on the 1st floor has a bath with shower over.

Do you have rooms on the ground floor?  Yes, our Palms Suite is on the ground floor with a walk in shower.  Our Gerbera guest room is on the ground floor also.

Will I be able to park?  Yes, parking is free of charge to our guests and there is parking available for every room.

Do you have gluten free options available for breakfast? Yes we do, and if there are any other dietary requirements just let

us know at the time of booking.

Why is it better to book direct?  All direct bookings are guaranteed a 10% cheaper rate than booking with Online Travel Agents.  Plus!  In the quieter months direct booking guests can have a late check out on request free of charge.

If I need to cancel, is there a cancellation fee?  We offer free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival.  Within the 7 days full payment is required and is non-refundable.  We always suggest taking out travel insurance to cover any eventualities.

Do you send out regular updates on what's happening within the area and beyond?  Yes, monthly updates are sent out to those that have signed up to receive them, this also includes any offers that we have on and some will only be exclusive to those that sign up.

Can you recommend any restaurants or places to visit?  Yes lots!  When you book, we will send out a list of our recommendations, that we hope has something for everyone.
